We’re hiring a Director of ADL & DSA Services to oversee and grow two core programs supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

What You’ll Do
Lead daily operations of ADL (Activities of Daily Living) and DSA (Daily Support Activities) programs
Ensure full compliance with OARs, ODDS, and state regulations
Oversee ISP implementation, Behavior Support Plans, and service delivery
Supervise and develop DSPs, supervisors, and program staff
Drive program growth, referrals, and service expansion
Monitor quality assurance, audits, incident reports, and compliance standards
Manage intakes, assessments, and service planning workflows
Partner with executive leadership on strategy, KPIs, and performance outcomes

What You Bring
2+ years experience in:
I/DD or Developmental Disabilities Services
Case Management, Service Coordination, or Program Management
Strong working knowledge of:
Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs)
ODDS systems and compliance requirements
ISP & Behavior Support Plans
Proven ability in:
Leadership and team development
Compliance and quality assurance
Problem-solving and critical thinking
Experience with:
Electronic documentation / EHR systems
Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience in human services or related field)
Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
Ability to pass required background checks
Ability to perform occasional physical job duties
Bonus:
