Director of Admissions

Medical Dynamics Inc.-Columbus School of Medical Massage is seeking a motivated and dynamic Director of Admissions to join our team. This role will be pivotal in guiding prospective students through the admissions process and providing them with the necessary resources to make informed decisions about their educational journey. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a passion for helping others, and a keen understanding of the healthcare education landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective students via phone, email, and in-person to provide information about programs, admissions processes, and requirements.
• Conduct follow-up communications with leads to ensure timely completion of applications and enrollment.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students in the admissions database.
• Collaborate with academic departments to stay updated on program offerings and changes in admission criteria.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in admissions, recruitment or sales experience.
• Strong understanding of the education sector and its admission processes preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in using admissions software and Microsoft Office Suite.
