Director of Admissions

We need a Director of Admissions to join our team at The Advanced Therapy Center at Chesterwood Village of West Chester, OH.

You will help families navigate the challenging process of choosing a facility. You'll also collaborate with hospital liaisons to evaluate new referrals and coordinate their transition to Chesterwood.

$55,000 - $75,000 Per Year

Objectives: Achieve facility census goals and ensure that all facility procedures related to admissions are meticulously followed.

You'll Be Responsible For:

• Providing information on facility services to any inquiry of the facility
• Continuously creating and maintaining our marketing “cookbook” as the basis for establishing strong relationships with potential non-hospital referral sources
• Working within the “sales model” while maintaining relationships with interdisciplinary team/”medical model” to coordinate patient care
• Completing all required documentation relating to new facility admissions
• Coordinating with Hospital Liaison to assure all admission criteria are met
• Maintaining Admissions and Sales Goals as established by Management  

You'll Need To Have:

• Bachelor’s degree or Nursing License (required)
• Proven sales experience with a background in healthcare (preferred)
• Successfully completed our Sales Assessment
