Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $320,000–$330,000 per year

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Director of Adult Medicine to lead an adult primary care department, providing both direct patient care and clinical leadership in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive primary care, with a focus on prevention and chronic disease management.
• Supervise and support physicians and advanced practice providers.
• Ensure clinical quality, accurate documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.

• MD or DO; board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Hospital Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
