Location: San Francisco, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary Range: $320,000–$330,000 per year

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Director of Adult Medicine to lead adult primary care services for a diverse patient community, with a strong focus on equity, prevention, and culturally responsive care.

Key Duties:

• Provide compassionate, comprehensive primary care to adult patients.
• Champion clinical excellence, quality improvement, and risk management.
• Support an inclusive environment for patients and staff.
• Mentor and supervise physicians and advanced practice providers.
• Collaborate across specialties to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.

• MD or DO; board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Hospital Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
