Location: Oakland, CA
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $320,000–$330,000 annually

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Director of Adult Medicine to oversee adult medicine operations, guide a team of providers, and maintain high standards of clinical quality and patient safety.

In this role, you will:

• Provide direct care to adult patients, averaging a manageable daily patient load.
• Lead departmental quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits.
• Establish and monitor performance standards for providers.
• Support provider onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development.
• Partner with administrative leaders on staffing, budgets, and program development.

• MD or DO; board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Hospital Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
