Lead forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management for the agency partnership; ensure accountability, consistency, and transparency across all engagements. Minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 10+ years of experience in digital media sales, agency development, or holding company partnerships, with a strong track record in driving agency revenue. Deep familiarity with all major holding company structures, operating models, and agency brands Proven ability to navigate complex organizations, influence senior stakeholders, and drive alignment around strategic initiatives. Expertise in commerce media, retail media, programmatic, or data-driven advertising ecosystems. Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, with a data-led mindset and business acumen. Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred. Experience working within or alongside agency holding companies at a global or regional level. Demonstrated success in launching or scaling ad platforms, particularly in retail or commerce media. Deep understanding of advertiser KPIs, measurement frameworks, and attribution strategies. A passion for innovation, collaboration, and building new capabilities in a fast-evolving ecosystem. Ability to thrive in a matrixed, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
