Director of Architectural Design

We are seeking a talented design leader who will collaborate closely with our firm's leadership to elevate our organization's architectural design capabilities.

As a licensed architect with advanced design skills and a deep understanding of architectural practices, you'll be responsible for developing comprehensive design standards across the firm. You will oversee the conceptual development of project designs, guide presentations, monitor design progress, and provide direction and support to ensure that our designs are consistently high-quality. A robust knowledge of architecture, particularly in design, sustainability, building materials, construction methods, engineering integration, and building codes/costs, is essential.
