What You’ll Do:
- Lead, train, and develop a staff of coaches to deliver safe, structured, high-energy sessions
- Oversee program execution across adult fitness, scholastic training, and 1-on-1 performance coaching
- Ensure every member — whether age 7 or 70 — is getting expert guidance tailored to their goals
- Partner with the GM to build a culture of accountability, progress tracking, and retention
- Contribute to facility cleanliness, organization, and readiness for team, class, and private sessions
- Deliver and innovate specialized programming for sports teams, clinics, or special events
Who You Are:
- Certified trainer (CSCS, NASM, ACE, etc.) and experienced in coaching athletes and adults
- Comfortable coaching both group and 1-on-1 sessions
- A leader who leads by example — on time, on point, and all in
- Passionate about growth — yours, your team’s, and your athletes’
- Great communicator, organized, and invested in building a winning culture
