We’re looking for a visionary and hands-on Director of Audience Growth to join our marketing team! This role is ideal for a creative thinker and storyteller who is passionate about building authentic communities for auto-enthusiasts and alike.

Key Responsibilities 

• Social Marketing Leadership:
  
  
  
  • Own and drive all social marketing and influencer initiatives.
  
  
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to grow the audience, with a focus on automotive enthusiasts and adjacent communities. 
  
  
  
  

• Creative Ideation and Campaign Execution:
  
  
  
  • “Live in the future” to conceptualize groundbreaking marketing approaches.
  
  
  • Ideate, plan, and execute new and impactful campaigns. 
  
  
  
  

• Client Engagement and Storytelling:
  
  
  
  • Present ideas and campaign strategies to the client with impeccable storytelling and persuasive communication skills. 
  
  
  
  

• Team Leadership and Collaboration:
  
  
  
  • Be actively involved in the day-to-day details of all projects.
  
  
  • Guide, coach, and inspire the team while contributing as a key player to ensure success. 
  
  
  
  

• Content and Trend Analysis:
  
  
  
  • Stay immersed in the automotive space and other industries to generate insights and inspiration.
  
  
  • Remain at the forefront of emerging social media and marketing trends. 
  
  
  
  

• Paid Marketing Expertise:
  
  
  
  • Understand and manage paid marketing initiatives to maximize reach and impact.
     
  
  
  
  

Qualifications 

• Proven track record of driving audience growth through social marketing and influencer programs. 

• Exceptional creativity and ability to think strategically about future-facing marketing opportunities. 

• Strong storytelling skills with experience in client-facing presentations. 

• Hands-on leadership style with a passion for being involved in every detail. 

• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, marketing tools, and emerging trends. 

• Experience in the automotive industry or a related field is a plus. 

• Familiarity with paid marketing campaigns and their implementation.
