THE JOB:
The Director of Banquets will be responsible for managing the daily operations of all catering functions, coordinating all function activities with the Catering, Sales, and Culinary teams, and overseeing catering equipment maintenance and inventory. This role is responsible for the execution and supervision of all meeting space banquet functions. The Director of Banquets works closely with the Conference Services and Catering Managers, the Culinary team, and clients to provide an exceptional experience for our guests. This is a highly visible leadership role in which you directly impact the guests visit and have the ability to create memories that will last a lifetime!
