Key Responsibilities:

• Lead billing, e-billing, and collections operations with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and efficiency

• Develop and implement standardized, scalable billing and AR processes across departments

• Manage, mentor, and develop high-performing teams to exceed service expectations

• Evaluate receivables, mitigate risk, and drive AR health and cash flow improvements

• Leverage technology (including Aderant or similar systems) to streamline reporting and enhance performance

• Partner with executive leadership to deliver insights and improve decision-making

• Ensure a culture of accountability, responsiveness, and world-class service

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance

• 10+ years of finance/accounting experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role

• Experience in professional services or a high-volume billing environment preferred

• Familiarity with Aderant, Elite, or similar financial systems strongly preferred

• Advanced Excel and strong system fluency

• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

• High attention to detail, ethical judgment, and confidentiality standards
