Location/Schedule: Office located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. This is a hybrid position, with travel to Bridging Families® and/or Bridging Futures™ home sites and other agency locations as needed. Full-time.
Your Impact:At Crossnore Communities for Children, we believe in creating healthy futures for children and families. As the Director of Bridging Programs, you'll be at the forefront of leading and managing our Bridging Families® and Bridging Futures™ programs, ensuring that youth and families receive the care and support they need. With a focus on trauma-informed care and a commitment to Sanctuary practices, your leadership will be integral in creating an environment of hope, healing, and growth. The Bridging Families® Program, endorsed by the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services as the state model for professional foster parenting, is a family-focused and team-based model of care designed to directly address the obstacles to family reunification from foster care. Modeled after Bridging Families®, our Bridging Futures™ program supports youth ages 17-21 who are preparing to age out of foster care with a focus on education, employment, financial literacy, healthy relationships, and long-term stability.
Hiring Range: $68,500 to $76,500 annually Compensation is based on experience and qualifications. Candidates who meet only the minimum requirements can expect to start at the beginning of the range, while those with additional and relevant experience and/or advanced skills may be considered for higher starting pay within the range.

Education/Experience/Licensure:
Meets requirements for a Qualified Professional which are:
Master’s degree in a human services or related field from an accredited college or university and a minimum of one year supervised clinical experience working with children and families; or
Bachelor’s degree in a human services field and two years’ experience with the current population; or
Bachelor’s degree in a non-human services field and four years’ experience with the current population.
Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience within child welfare or mental health required (foster care, residential or group care living program, clinicians).
Minimum of 5 years experience providing care management, case management, or care coordination to the population being served.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Director of Bridging Programs, your responsibilities will include:
Program Oversight/Operations: Lead the Bridging Families® and Bridging Futures™ programs, ensuring high-quality care and team effectiveness in the region(s) as assigned.
Personnel Management: Provides direct supervision and leadership to Bridging Families® and/or Bridging Futures Supervisors™ and indirect oversight of clinicians, case managers, Bridge Parents, and other staff assigned to the program.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement long-term goals for the program.
KPI Tracking & Reporting: Monitor program progress against key performance indicators and make recommendations for improvements.
Policy & Compliance: Ensure that policies and procedures are followed and that staff is trained on all updates.
Budget Management: Work with senior leadership to manage budgets and ensure financial health of the program.
Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with community organizations, partners, and stakeholders.
Training & Development: Design and implement staff training programs to enhance service delivery and professional development.
Crisis & Clinical Support: Provide on-call consultation and clinical support during crises, ensuring comprehensive service plans.
Collaboration & Coordination: Collaborate with other departments and services to ensure smooth program operation and integration.
