The Refuge, a Healing Place is a residential treatment facility, specializing in trauma, mental health, eating disorders, substance use, and other co-occurring disorders. We are located in the beautiful Ocala National Forest, on 96 acres.
This position will be responsible for growing lines of service by developing and retaining from physicians and other key non-physician referral sources. This person will cover the state of Florida and be responsible for maintaining relationships with key staff within Acadia to drive business and admissions to The Refuge.
The ideal candidate will be able to provide support to The Refuge through recommendations, implementation and maintenance of programs established for the achievement of defined marketing, community relations and communication goals.
Travel and some overnight travel will be required. Candidate will be expected to develop and maintain relationships with facility leadership team, as well as provide on-site presence with the team, as well as out in the community.
This is a benefit eligible position. Salary range starts at $85k and increases based on relevant experience.
