Director of Business Operations

About the Company:

Our client is an electrical contractor doing approximately $250M in annual revenue and are seeing 5% growth year over year. They are looking to add an industry professional at a Director Level to oversee all business operations for the company.

About the Position:

The position will involve but not limited to:

• IT


• Purchasing


• Safety / Risk Management


• Insurance


• Contract Review

The company has a philosophy of continuous improvement and a successful candidate in this role will be “looking for trouble” and "will never be satisfied with where we are". This person needs to be self-directed and will identify and seize any opportunity to create efficiencies, reduce waste and streamline the operation.

The earning potential will be “top of the industry”, with a base salary in the $200-250k range, plus the potential for 100+% bonus - there is no bonus cap. The company is an ESOP and participation in that plan will be part of the package.
