Job Summary:
The Director of Car Wash Operations is focused on leading all operational aspects of the business, while ensuring adherence to all company standards, policies, and procedures. This role will have day-to-day responsibilities over all operational activities including, managing site-level profits and losses, coordinating monthly membership plan management, weekly sales reporting and review, leading new site launches, managing all vendor relationships, overseeing site managers, developing on-going training and safety initiatives, and coordinating with facilities on all service issues, among others duties. The Director of Car Wash Operations will report directly to the Vice President of Retail.

Required Skills, Education, and Experience:
This position is based out of our corporate office in Lawrence, Massachusetts and requires regular onsite presence. Remote work is not available for this role. The Director of Car Wash Operations is expected to travel routinely throughout Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine to support existing locations, new site openings, operational initiatives, training, safety audits, vendor management, and team development efforts. Travel frequency will vary based on business needs.
Compensation:
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications. For the purpose of this role, the salary opportunity is:
PAY - $145,000 to $155,000 annually.
