OUCU Financial is seeking a Director of Card Services! The Director of Card Services will oversee the strategic direction, development, management, and growth of the credit union's credit and debit card portfolios. The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of competitive and innovative card solutions to enhance revenue, market share, and member satisfaction.
Duties Include:
Product Development: Leads the design, development, and implementation of new card products.
Market Analysis: Conducts market research and utilizes insights to inform product strategy.
Strategic Planning: Participates in the development of the strategic plan for card product portfolios.
Performance Monitoring: Monitors the performance of card programs.
Compliance and Risk Management: Collaborates with the compliance team to ensure all card products comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Budget Management: Assists with budget allocation for card product development and marketing.
Innovation and Improvement: Identifies market trends, member needs, and competitive opportunities to innovate and enhance card product offerings.
Vendor Management: Evaluates and manages relationships with processors, issues, and technology providers.
Fraud Management: Works closely with the risk team to identify and mitigate potential fraud risks.

The pay for this position starts at $60,424 annually, with relevant education and experience considered in determining the starting pay rate.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
Minimum of 3 years experience in management card products or payment solutions.
In-depth knowledge of card products, payment systems, and financial services. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
Innovative mindset, strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Stays abreast of industry trends by attending workshops, conferences, reading professional journals, etc.
