Director of Care

Promise Care Center is a Residential Care Facility licensed by the Department of Health & Senior Services and the Department of Mental Health. We are looking for a compassionate leader with strong organizational and supervisory skills to join our administrative team!

Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the Administrator


• Monitor daily work assignments for completion and accuracy


• Provide training and direction to staff in accordance with facility policy


• Round with providers


• Process new orders


• Weekly and monthly audits 


• Assist with personal care and medication administration 


• Charting and other paperwork 


• Interact with residents and address their needs


• Report changes in resident's health and behavior


• Coordinate resident's care needs with providers and outside resources


• On call, staffing and scheduling


• Other assignments as assigned
