We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Casino Operations to oversee the daily operation of both the Gold Country and Maverick Elko casinos. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing a mid-sized team, ensuring the efficient and productive poker, table games and slot operation.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of the casino operation, to include the Poker Room, Table Games, Slot Technical and Slot operations

- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability

- Ensure compliance with the Nevada Gaming Control Board and all regulatory requirements/ company policies

- Manage and motivate a team of casino employees; including hiring, training and performance

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations across the entire property

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field or the equivalent time/experience within a Casino Manager/Director level role

- Previous experience in a casino operations position with a leadership role

- Strong knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to manage a team and drive results

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work flexible hours; including nights, weekends and holidays
