The Director of Catering at Hilton Mystic is responsible for generating catering revenue for the hotel through proactive sales efforts, relationship building and strategic business development. This role focuses heavily on selling the hotel's banquet, meeting, catering, and special event services to corporate clients, social groups, associations, wedding customers, and local businesses. This person will lead and oversee all catering operations to ensure exceptional event experiences for our guests. This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader who can manage a dynamic team, coordinate with multiple departments, and deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about selling and creating memorable events while maintaining operational efficiency and profitability.
