Qualifications:

• 
  
  
  Progressive full-service hotel catering sales experience with demonstrated success developing and closing business.
  


• 
  
  
  A track record of achieving catering, event, or food & beverage revenue goals.
  


• 
  
  
  Experience leading, coaching, and developing sales professionals.
  


• 
  
  
  Strong commercial instincts, including an understanding of forecasting, pace, pricing, contracts, and revenue optimization.
  


• 
  
  
  Strong client relationship, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  


• 
  
  
  An understanding of complex hotel events and the operational partnership required to execute them successfully.
