Director of Client Services

 Pray daily for the mission of Coalition Life

• Interviewing and selecting new staff members or volunteers for the department
• Develop and maintain departmental documentation (policies and procedures)
• Find real estate for growth as needed
  • Oversee the design, construction or maintenance of client services offices
  • Ensure all spaces that clients interact with are maximized so they can choose life.
• Develop new ways to serve clients 
• Be accountable for the overall effectiveness of the department to save more lives
• Ensure all cases are being assigned and clients are being served in a timely and effective way
• Maintain communication with Medical Director(s) and insure medical policies and procedures are adhered to
• Research and develop plans for expansion to new geographic regions as needed
• Maintain a climate which attracts, retains and motivates a staff of top quality people
• Assist Executive Director in maintaining and telling client stories
• Build relationships with other community organizations that would be able to further serve our clients
• Evaluating Client Care Specialists and providing feedback and coaching with the purpose of continuing to grow and better the program
• Provide weekly reports to supervisor
• Take part in weekly department meeting

•  Bachelor's degree; or at least 2 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
• Completed degree(s)/ certificates from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience.
