Assisting Hands Seacoast NH is looking for a Director of Client Services to join our Seacoast team in Portsmouth, NH. In this role, you’ll work one-on-one with our clients and our caregivers to keep our seniors happy and healthy at home. This includes training and supervising caregivers and overseeing client care for Assisting Hands.
Education: High School Diploma/GED required; Advanced Degree, previous office experience, and/or credentialed caregiver preferred
Qualifications: The successful candidate shall possess at least a high school diploma and 2 years of experience supervising personnel or providing personal care services. Position requires excellent interpersonal skills and experience in a long-term healthcare setting. Minimum requirements include at least 1 year of office experience and competency with Office software tools. Office management experience is strongly preferred. Must be detail-oriented, compassionate, have excellent customer service skills and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
