Job Description - Director of Client Services

Director of Client Services, Accounting Services

Since our founding in 2016, we've experienced a wonderful period of organic growth delighting customers and through acquisitions. We are looking to add to our team a Director of Client Services for our Accounting Services division to support the growing needs of E78 Partner's Business Development Team. We have driven considerable growth in our Accounting Services business and are looking for a highly qualified individual to help support continued growth. The person for this role must be based in Dallas, Texas, but will work remotely.
Responsibilities:
Leveraging personal network to prospect and drive interest, consideration, and opportunities for E78 Partners for our Accounting Services business unit.
Partner with E78 Partners marketing team to develop and execute go-to-market tactics to drive leads and opportunities.
Develop relationships with strategic partners that can support reciprocal lead generation [business services firms, private equity firms, etc.].
Collaborate with other business unit leaders to drive cross-sell opportunities.
Manage and facilitate introductory meetings and presentations with prospective clients and shepherd them down the sales funnel.
Coalesce complex business needs and translate them into meaningful solutions and statements of work.
Work with marketing and operations teams to develop sales enablement capabilities and assets to bolster conversion rates.
Required Experience/Skills:
At least five (5) years in industry or role adjacent to private equity.
Business development/commercialization experience in high growth, entrepreneurial, financial or accounting services companies, is preferred.
Experience developing relationships with CFO's and other financial leadership.
Accounting or financial services consulting experience is a major plus.
Track record of proven success.
Knowledge of finance and accounting.
Strong oral presentation and written communication skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset, ambitious self-starter with proven ability to work in a collaborative and diverse environment.
High energy, effort and positive mental attitude are all must-haves.
Problem-solving skills and ability to work well with autonomy and ambiguity.
Motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness and ability to shift from relatively routine and detail-oriented work to a higher degree of critical thinking and judgment.
Appropriate combination of self-confidence and humility, a team-player.
High levels of motivation, commitment, and dedication.
Compensation:

A base of $100,000-$120,000 per annum, plus bonus and benefits
