📍 Role: Director of Client Services, eCommerce
📍 Location: San Diego, CA 92101 (Onsite at Symphony Towers)
💰 Compensation Range: $150,000-$225,000 DOE

We’re shaping brand stories, driving scalable growth, and setting new standards for what performance looks like on the world’s biggest retail platform. We’re looking for a Director of Client Services, eCommerce to lead our Brand Management, Content, and Advertising departments.

This role requires a dynamic leader with extensive experience in Amazon services, strong people management skills, and a proven ability to drive operational efficiency and client satisfaction, including:

✅ What You Bring
  • 🧠 Extensive experience in Amazon services, particularly in Brand Management, Content, and Advertising roles
  • ✍️ Advanced understanding of Amazon’s platform, tools, and strategies
  •  Proven leadership experience, including managing multiple departments or large teams
  • 🖥️ Excellent client relationship management skills, with a focus on retention and satisfaction
  •  Experience in process improvement and driving operational efficiency
  • 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent  experience)

💵 Compensation Transparency
We’ve listed a broad salary range of $150,000-$225,000 /year to account for varying levels of experience, skill sets, and leadership depth. Where you land in the range will depend on how your background aligns with this role.
