Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Clinic Operations to oversee the daily operations of our five clinic campuses located in Clinton, Warsaw, Windsor, Osceola, and East Campus. With over 60 physicians and mid-level providers, our clinics offer a full spectrum of services including primary care, walk-in care, and various specialties.

The Director of Clinic Operations will serve as the operational leader for all clinic sites in the absence of the Executive Director, working closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, clinic directors, and staff to ensure high-quality patient care. This individual must bring extensive clinical and operational knowledge, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to coordinate across departments and with external partners.

This role requires a highly motivated, organized, and personable professional who can lead projects, improve processes, and ensure regulatory compliance across all clinics. The Director must also be comfortable with public speaking and represent the clinics internally and externally. Flexibility with scheduling and travel to remote clinics is expected.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as administrative lead for all provider clinics in the absence of the Executive Director.
• Round on providers and maintain a regular presence across all five clinic locations.
• Oversee Rural Health Clinic review, policy development, and Joint Commission regulatory readiness.
• Lead projects and process improvement initiatives impacting all clinics.
• Coordinate provider onboarding, including credentialing, licensure, and orientation.
• Manage mid-level provider schedules, coverage, and collaborative practice agreements.
• Act as liaison between clinic operations and hospital departments.
• Supervise the Clinical Quality and Education Coordinator and Clinic Patient Advocate.
• Provide administrative advisement to clinic directors and staff.
• Coordinate medical student clinical rotations and community partnerships.
• Professionally represent the organization through verbal and written communication.
• Plan and lead meetings; prepare agendas, materials, and minutes.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma Required
• Bachelors Degree Required (Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field preferred)
• 3 to 5 years of healthcare experience
• 1 to 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $75,000 to $100,000 annually
