Savoy Life is a healthcare startup focused on making healthcare work for seniors and their caregivers. Savoy aims to make aging better for everyone by restoring agency to seniors and integrating caregiving into the heart of healthcare - so that every moment leads to smarter decisions, greater dignity, and better outcomes. Today, this is done by partnering with senior living communities to coordinate and manage clinical gaps for these seniors, their caregivers, and the care ecosystem. This includes deploying a team of clinical experts both in-person and virtually paired with proprietary technology to provide instant leverage for the community and fill gaps in care – without disrupting the current care. We honor seniors’ existing care team including primary care via wraparound services to give the seniors the high-quality care and support they deserve, on their terms.
Position Overview:
Savoy Life is seeking a Director of Clinical Operations which is a brand-new role to support this new chapter at Savoy! This role includes managing RNs who provide care coordination with seniors and their care team as well as building on the existing foundation to further build out the RN role within Savoy. Note this role requires an active RN license.
