What You’ll Do

• Provide strategic direction and day -to -day leadership for clinical teams (therapists, social workers, and more)
  

• Oversee clinical operations, promoting efficiency, collaboration, and a patient -centered culture
  

• Develop, implement, and evaluate evidence -based clinical programs to meet community needs
  

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accrediting bodies (Joint Commission, CMS, etc.)
  

• Supervise, mentor, and support clinical staff, driving professional growth and best practices
  

• Monitor clinical performance metrics and implement improvements as needed
  

• Collaborate with hospital leadership and community partners to align services and expand access
  

• Lead crisis intervention, oversee case planning, and maintain a limited caseload as needed
  

• Support staff development, including hiring, training, and ongoing education
  

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field (required)
  

• Current state license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent; required)
  

• 5–7+ years of clinical leadership experience in behavioral health (required)
  

• Experience with program development, staff supervision, and regulatory compliance
  

• Familiarity with Joint Commission, CMS, and accreditation standards
  

• CPR and de -escalation certification (can be obtained upon hire)
  

• Preferred: Inpatient psychiatric/behavioral health hospital experience; knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma
