  Oversee and coordinate all patient care services delivered by clinical staff

  Guide and coach nurses and aides to raise care quality and build careers

  Review charts, compliance, and QAPI—but with admin support behind you

  Sit in on IDG meetings, audits, and QAPI, with real input and influence

  Support staff onboarding and training without having to reinvent the wheel

  
  


• 
  

  Step in with patient visits as needed—but not every crisis lands on you

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure compliance with Medicare, state, and CHAP standards

  RN license in Illinois

  
  


• 
  

  2+ years in home health or hospice nursing

  
  


• 
  

  1+ year in a supervisory role

  
  


• 
  

  Strong knowledge of Medicare, state regs, and CHAP standards

  Solid communication skills with patients, families, and staff

  $95K – $114K base salary based on experience and fit + $11,000 Bonus (Rounded)
