• Compensation: $90,000 $120,000/year (based on experience)

Right now, their Aurora team is looking for a Hospice Clinical Director to help drive quality, build teams, and lead with purpose.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee clinical operations of the in-home hospice programnot facility-based
• Be onsite in the office as the clinical leader, collaborating closely with administrative and field teams
• Occasionally support your clinicians in the field to ensure alignment and quality
• Mentor and lead field clinicians and support staff
• Ensure compliance with ACHC standards and hospice conditions of participation
• Partner with leadership to meet census goals and elevate care delivery
• Influence organizational strategy, culture, and quality outcomes

What You'll Bring:

• RN licensure in Colorado (or compact eligibility)
• Preferably 1 years in hospice or related post-acute leadership OR 3 years as a Case Manager with limited leadership responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and performance improvement
• The ability to inspire, grow, and retain clinical teams
