Soccer Shots Denver/Boulder is seeking a self driven, positive, and organized person with strong communication skills and a passion for children. We are seeking an individual that wants to play a part in a growing small business in the pursuit to build “Stronger Youth, Beyond the Game.”

Soccer Shots is a program that introduces soccer to children ages 18 months-8 years. We strive to encourage the development of soccer skills, teamwork, healthy lifestyle, and character growth. We work onsite at preschools, daycare centers, and parks all over the Denver/Boulder area. For more information on Soccer Shots, please visit our website at soccershots.com/den.

Main Job Responsibilities, but not limited to:

Recruiting, hiring, training, evaluating, and managing instructors

Team and culture development

Handling cancellations and reschedules, as needed

Run coaching meetings and team events

Coaching sessions (both as a sub or as a regular coach)

Leading, managing, and holding accountable coaches

Coach connections]

Representing Soccer Shots at industry events, Free Fun Days, etc

Performing seasonal marketing/promotions

Assist with preparing all materials to promote each season

Assist with organizing and managing the registration and enrollment process at all sites

Maintain instructor equipment and prize inventory

Assist with keeping coaching processes marked and up to date

Essential Qualifications:

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Effective organizational/administrative skills Positivity

Passion for the mission of Soccer Shots

Computer/application skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

Previous experience working with children

Previous experience with the sport of soccer

Compensation: $50,000.00 per year
