Director of Commercial Lines

We’re looking for a hands-on Commercial Lines leader to lead an established team and play an active role in its continued success.

You’ll oversee a team of approximately 20 professionals within a successful independent agency that values collaboration, fresh ideas, and thoughtful change. Ownership is open to new ideas and looking for someone who will take the time to understand the business, support the team, strengthen processes, and help guide the department forward.

The right person will understand the day-to-day realities of Commercial Lines, enjoy developing people, and be comfortable stepping in and helping when needed.

The agency has the resources and structure of a larger organization, while still being small and flexible enough to make decisions and implement new ideas quickly.

Compensation: $150,000–$180,000
