What You’ll Do
As Director, you’ll lead multiple project teams and oversee construction operations in your assigned market sector. You’ll serve as both a hands-on leader and a strategic partner, helping shape our future while mentoring the next generation of construction professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  Oversee complex commercial construction projects from start to finish

  Lead and develop project teams (PMs, Superintendents, and Engineers)

  
  


• 
  

  Provide financial oversight and drive project profitability

  
  


• 
  

  Guide project planning, scheduling, subcontracting, and risk management

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with estimating, business development, and ownership teams

  
  


• 
  

  Build strong relationships with clients, subs, and industry partners

  
  


• 
  

  Support hiring, onboarding, and team growth within your division

  
  


• 
  

  Represent HC Company’s identity and values in everything you do

  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 
  

  10+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, specific Director experience

  
  


• 
  

  Proven leadership of high-performing teams on large, complex jobs

  
  


• 
  

  Strong financial, scheduling, and conflict resolution skills

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable balancing high-level strategy with on-the-ground execution

  
  


• 
  

  Passion for mentorship, innovation, and collaborative leadership

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency in construction software (Procore, MS Project, etc.)
