The Director of Content Syndication will work as a strategic and dynamic deputy to support and scale our content syndication and licensing operations. This hybrid role combines editorial leadership with partner-facing responsibilities, making it ideal for a candidate who is comfortable leading a team of reporters and identifying commercial content opportunities. The ideal candidate will be an experienced journalist who wants to grow into a commercial-facing role. As Director, you will oversee the editorial strategy across syndication platforms like Apple News, while assisting the VP of Strategic Partnerships in managing relationships with commercial partners and platforms. You will oversee a team of platform-specific reporters, ensuring their work aligns with both editorial standards and strategic goals. You will identify and source story opportunities, assign work, and help shape coverage to meet the needs of diverse audiences and partners.
