Job Description - Director of Contracts - Dynamic Team

YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:

  • Responsible as contract liason between Government and company
  • Responsible for submission, review, negotiations, and final pricing of prime Government contracts
  • Interface with various Government employees on issues of delinquencies, delivery, disputes etc.
  • Support existing systems that are integrated with Oracle E1 business system (Contracts database, Cav II, WAWF, eCraft, DD250's)
  • Review and propose changes to terms and conditions on non-government/ OEM contracts
  • Performs other duties as needed and assigned

YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS JOB IF YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent
  • Ten (10) years' experience in all phases of Contract Administration, experience in manufacturing environment desired
  • Demonstrated administrative and writing skills
  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) required, familiarity with Certified Cost & Pricing Data
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain/maintain a U.S. Department of Defense Security Clearance

Salary Range: $145000 - $200000 / year
