Director of Costing

Manage a cost model with value-add options that reflect current manufacturing site capabilities. Bachelor's Degree with 10 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered. Employee must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Excellent communication and problem solving skills are essential. Computer literacy in multiple ERP systems and a solid understanding of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office is essential. Build a cohesive team of employees with an effective succession plan. Create a positive working environment with other functional leaders. Actively maintain positive employee relations. Must have good financial acumen. Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment. Minimal physical activity is generally involved, emphasizing the importance of good posture and ergonomic workplace arrangements.
