Director of Development

Horizon Health in Howard, SD is seeking a Full Time Director of Development who is responsible for creating, implementing, and overseeing the fundraising and development strategies to support the mission and goals of Horizon Health. This position works closely with senior leadership, and community stakeholders to secure financial resources for the health center through diverse channels including individual donors, foundations, corporate partnerships, and grants. Horizon Health offers a collaborative, team-oriented work environment focused on meeting the needs of individual patients while supporting and contributing to the health and wellness of our communities.

*Must have experience in non-profit fundraising and donor relations.

*Hybrid schedule maybe be available for right candidate but must be located in the state of South Dakota
