About the role:
Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, the Director of Development is responsible for the oversight and growth of CCFCS’s annual giving strategy, including corporate partnership and direct mail programs and events. Working closely with the Chief, the Director acts as the strategic lead for CCFCS’s annual Direct Mail and Corporate Giving campaigns along with the planning and execution of signature fundraising and donor recognition events. The Director will develop and implement strategies designed to increase annual giving donations through targeted appeals and corporate partnerships. The Director will supervise the Donor Relations Manager as well as the Development Coordinator. This individual must be able to work independently while also working as a member of CCFCS’s Development and Marketing teams.
