Director of Dietary

Hospital located a little over an hour from Pierre, SD is seeking a full-time Director of Dietary.

Salary: $48,000 - $63,000/annually

Director of Dietary:

• The Director of Dietary is expected to manage the quality of performance for employees in the Dietary Department
  


• As supervisor of these employees some expectations included in the role, but not limited to: interviewing, hiring, counseling, disciplining, and performance review
  


• Director of Dietary will coordinate education and training of team member
  


• On a daily basis is expected to oversee adequate staffing and scheduling issue
  

Director of Dietary Qualifications:

• Must complete Dietary Management Course within 2 years of hire date.
  


• Certified Dietary Manager certification
