SproutLoud is a Software plus Services platform that services the local marketing needs of large organizations. Overview
SproutLoud's Director of Digital Services is an integral member in supporting our Brands (Master Accounts) by ensuring the expectations and performance metrics of digital services are achieved. In addition this role will be integral in being the liaison between internal teams and brands leading various client calls and managing client deliverables. This role reports to the COO also working closely with the VP of Growth, Client Relationship Manager (CRM) team to execute, manage and optimize digital programs. This individual does this through collaborating across departments and with Marketing Service Providers (MSPs).
The Director of Digital Services is also responsible for interpreting and presenting data analytics for all digital programs as well as using the learnings to make recommendations and adjustments. This position is also responsible for digital product training and education of relevant team members.
You will have a team of Digital Services professionals reporting to you. Your team will help you execute strategy/tasks related to client digital marketing program goals.
Responsibilities
The Director of Digital Services oversees a portfolio of clients' digital programs, managing client relationships in conjunction with the Vice President of Growth and Client Relationship Managers, working with them to understand and meet their goals. S/he brings local/digital expertise to support those goals, creates success metrics, and leads client services teams to execute stellar service delivery.
Continually use your deep understanding of your clients’ business, including in-depth knowledge of industry segment, competitor behaviors, and target audiences, along with your knowledge of software, digital marketing, mobile, brand, creative, etc., to position SproutLoud’s solutions so that they support clients’ goals.
Responsible for staying abreast of best-in-class Marketing and Advertising technologies for applicable digital products
Interact with Client Services and the Vice President Growth in support of clients for various MSP products
Responsible for managing/maintaining our Master Service Providers (MSPs) relationships at a high level
Work directly with all stakeholders to ensure SproutLoud continues to deliver best-in-class products and services
Requirements
BA or BS in Advertising, Marketing, Communications or related degree
Advanced knowledge of digital marketing concepts (paid search, paid social, programmatic digital media)
8+ years experience with 3-5 in an digital agency/digital type environment (e.g. traditional digital agency, MarTech/AdTech firms, client side channel marketing role)
Experience leading client interactions/bringing a strategy to fruition
Excellent client presentation skills (pre-existing clients where you are forming a relationship)
Strong analytical skills including having the curiosity of figuring out the ‘Why’
Detailed understanding of local marketing ecosystem and point solution providers
Previous experience and understanding of Brand to Local/Channel Marketing
An understanding of both corporate run enterprise digital marketing campaigns and local micro budget campaigns are essential
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to develop new processes and/or formats as needed
Strong experience with Google AdWords and Google Analytics
Intermediate level MS Office skills including PowerPoint and Excel
Strong organizational skills
