Job Overview

As Director of Ecommerce, your primary metric will be LTP maximization. You will  do this by leading a team that is responsible for the following metrics: conversion rate, AOV, orders per customer, retention, subscription frequency & order size, and customer satisfaction. This role handles the full customer journey on both the GetKion.com and Amazon ecommerce ecosystems, including: websites, CS, email, SMS, direct mail, and overall customer experience. 

The organizational goals for this role are as follows:

• Audit department historical metrics, customer journey, CS operations, email/SMS/direct mail flows, subscription program, and tech stack


• Develop plan for increasing LTP via improvements to new customer AOV, one-time returning customer AOV, subscription AOV, and orders per customer utilizing insights of unique cohort behaviors and needs


• Provide ongoing analysis, reporting, and oversight of all ecommerce activities


• Create opportunity for CEO to focus on other activities and less on ecommerce management


• Ultimately outperform department’s prior metrics

Responsibilities include team management, integration & planning, reporting & analytics, project management & problem solving.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates who are:

• Very organized, excel at time & project management


• Advanced at analyzing and modelling data in Google Sheets or Excel and presenting findings to a diverse audience


• Significant hands-on experience working in both Shopify and Amazon ecosystems


• Extremely resourceful and motivated to seek answers; 


• Have 7+ years of experience in Ecommerce or Ecommerce-adjacent roles, ideally greater than 10 years.


• Have 2+ years of experience in management


• Experienced working directly with senior management team;


• Positive and have an outgoing attitude.

• Full-time, $159,000-195,000/annually DOE;
