The Company is seeking a Director of E-commerce Marketing to lead the strategic development and execution of the marketing function. This is a pivotal role in a well-established business that is now fully funded and focused on growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving qualified traffic to the firm's sales channels, managing a small team, and overseeing relationships with third-party agencies. The role requires a self-starter with a proven track record in digital advertising management, including PPC campaigns, SEO strategies, email marketing, and social media advertising. The Director will also be tasked with re-imagining and professionalizing the marketing department, with a focus on brand creation and adherence, and will play a key role in the firm's DTC and B2B web channels, as well as in the marketplace and wholesale divisions.Applicants must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, proficiency in office technology, and at least 3-5 years of managerial experience. The position demands a hands-on, dynamic individual who is ready to shape the company's marketing blueprint and is capable of both tactical and strategic management of a considerable paid media budget. The role is remote, with a preference for candidates in the Eastern or Central time zones, and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the future direction of the business. The ideal candidate will be a builder and a doer, poised to ascend to the CMO position as the company continues its path of transformation and growth.
