We are currently seeking a Director of Engineering to join our team. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the engineering department, overseeing all engineering activities and projects.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies and best practices that align with company goals.
• Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery.
• Review and approve engineering designs, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Foster an environment of innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide mentorship to engineering staff.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the engineering department and other key stakeholders.

• Master's degree in Engineering, required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Demonstrated experience in the construction industry with knowledge of applicable regulations and standards.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Proficient in engineering software and tools; familiarity with project management software is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
