We are seeking a Director of Engineering to lead our prestigious Senior Living property, renowned for its luxury amenities and outstanding reputation within the community. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Director of Engineering will be tasked with overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our state-of-the-art facility.

Director of Engineering Compensation:

• Competitive Salary, $100,000 to $110,000

Director of Engineering Responsibilities:

• Supervise and optimize facilities operations to ensure top-tier performance
• Manage maintenance operations and transportation services for the facility
• Take charge of facilities budgets, overseeing routine maintenance, emergency response, risk management, contractor management, and site inspections across multiple buildings
• Demonstrate a service-oriented attitude, fostering a friendly and courteous environment for residents, patients, and colleagues alike

Director of Engineering Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Maintenance Department within the healthcare or luxury hotel industry
• Background in HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work preferred
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to effectively lead and manage a team of direct reports
