Job Description:
We are seeking a legally grounded, empathetic, and strategic leader to serve as the Director of Equity and Title IX and institutional Title IX Coordinator. Reporting directly to the Chief Equity and Conduct Officer, you will lead a dedicated Equity Team to drive the strategic implementation, enforcement, and maintenance of compliance policies. In this high-impact role, you will champion a safe, equitable, and inclusive environment for our global community of performing artists and scholars.
