Director of Facilities

The focus of this job is making connections with people and motivating and inspiring the team to achieve results. Multiple projects must be managed in a fast-paced environment requiring strong technical skills and excellent electrical and plumbing knowledge. The ability to understand, quickly react, and motivate others to adapt to the day-to-day operation is essential to the success of this role. We seek an extroverted, enthusiastic communicator who embraces a collaborative approach.

 Job Summary: Plan and oversee the upkeep and maintenance of all facilities, manage the operation of the Club’s water and sewer utility, including oversight of the contracted operator, repairs to utility infrastructure, and compliance with all permitting and regulatory requirements. Manage special construction projects as needed.
