Director of Facilities

A great health center located just outside of Moses Lake, Washington is seeking a full-time, permanent Director of Facilities to join their team!

The Director of Facilities Job Details:

• Develop, implement, and manage the corporate maintenance program for the repair and maintenance of facilities, grounds, building systems, and associated equipment, for all locations. The Director of Facilities also coordinates building lease agreements, governmental requirements regarding zoning, traffic, hazardous waste and participating in construction and remodeling projects.
  


• Frequent travel to various clinic sites is required
  

The Director of Facilities Minimum Qualifications:

• Possesses Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering or related field, or a minimum of 5 years of equivalent work experience in a similar position.
  


• 2 to 3 years experience in building systems and maintenance, grounds maintenance, security services and custodial services
  


• 2 years of supervisory experience required
