Job Summary: The Director of Facilities is responsible for the strategic planning, management, and oversight of all facility operations within a healthcare organization. This role ensures that buildings and infrastructure are safe, compliant, efficient, and aligned with patient care objectives. The Director leads maintenance, safety programs, and capital projects while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence. Prepares engineering-maintenance capital and operating budgets annually along with providing cost estimates for renovations/construction. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards (e.g., Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA, NFPA, state/local codes). Works in close cooperation with public utility companies as needed.

Job Specifications:
3-5+ years of progressive facilities management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills are a must.
