About the Position:
The Director of Facilities (Large Projects) will lead and oversee operational and programmatic initiatives aligned with the organization’s mission to reform the prison system and support justice-impacted individuals. This role is ideal for a mission-driven leader with a strong background in cross-functional team management, project execution, and compliance in a nonprofit setting. The Director of Facilities will be responsible for coordinating capital improvement projects, facilitating stakeholder engagement, ensuring regulatory compliance, and improving operational efficiency.
