Position Title: Director of Family Wealth and Fiduciary Services

Business Unit: Wealth Management

Reports to: EVP of Advisory Business Group

Position Overview:

The position is responsible for overseeing and expanding the firm’s fiduciary, estate, and family wealth advisory services. This position leads a multidisciplinary team that delivers comprehensive wealth strategies to high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth families, including trust administration, estate planning guidance, family governance, and complex wealth‑transfer solutions. The director ensures exceptional client experience, maintains fiduciary compliance, and partners closely with senior leadership to drive business growth.

Primary Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Family Wealth and Fiduciary Services group.

Partner with investment, tax, and legal professionals to ensure interdisciplinary planning for clients.

Oversee the administration of personal trusts, estates, investment agency accounts, foundations, and other fiduciary structures.

Ensure adherence to fiduciary standards, applicable laws, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with internal partners—wealth advisors, bankers, investment teams—to develop integrated client solutions.

Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.

Ability to interpret and manage complex trusts and support the market teams on providing recommendations to clients and prospects for wealth preservation and wealth transfer

Licensures/Certifications Required to Perform the Primary Responsibilities of this Position:

JD or a combination of education and relevant experience in the wealth management industry (CFA, CFP, CTFA) may be considered
